These Terms of Service govern your use of the Endear4Life Caskets website and any purchase made through it. By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

You must provide accurate, current information and be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We work to present product descriptions, specifications, colors, dimensions, availability, and images accurately. Screen settings and photography can affect appearance, and natural materials such as wood may vary in grain and tone. We may correct errors or update information when necessary.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, or customization charges are shown during checkout or confirmed before fulfillment.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order may be declined or cancelled before fulfillment if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, information appears incorrect or fraudulent, delivery cannot be arranged, or an obvious pricing or description error occurred. If payment was collected for an order we cannot fulfill, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and are subject to the payment provider's terms and fraud-prevention checks.

Shipping estimates, delivery responsibilities, address changes, refused deliveries, and damage procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific commitment is confirmed in writing.

Returns, cancellations, restocking fees, damaged deliveries, refunds, and custom-order limitations are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Please review that policy before ordering and contact us promptly if assistance is needed.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

The website's design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and software are owned by or licensed to Endear4Life Caskets and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes, but you may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but it may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Our responsibility for a product order remains subject to applicable consumer-protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised terms apply from the date displayed above and do not retroactively change an order already confirmed unless required by law or agreed with you.
